SJ Reynolds Constructions Pty Ltd is an award winning family owned company based in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. Principal Sam Reynolds has more than 25 years experience in the Building and Construction Industry.

Sam has an excellent eye for detail and he and his team pride themselves in the quality of their workmanship. S J Reynolds Constructions and the team Recently received several awards at the Master Builders Associations Industry evening. 

Ocean Shores Residence was featured on the program Grand Designs Australia. 

Sam will work with the client from the beginning, ensuring that all details are covered right through to the end of the Project, ensuring that his clients are always happy with the end product, Sam realises that there is always time constraints and budgets and ensures that these are adhered as to obtain the best outcome for all involved.

All trades used are of the highest quality in order to achieve an exceptional outcome for every project. Working on several architectural designed houses, Sam and the team are very experienced in dealing with both Architect and their Client.

Office related enquiries are dealt through either Sam and his wife therefore giving clients a personal experience throughout the building process.
